Randy Goldberg is President & CEO of The STO Foundation, Land Invest Corp., and Prime American Land, LLC.

Mr. Goldberg is an entrepreneur and executive with more than three decades of experience building, operating, and scaling companies across healthcare services, internet publishing, consumer products, energy, PPE distribution, financial services, and land investment.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Goldberg served as Vice President of Firststat Nursing Services, a South Florida homecare services company that achieved a $10 million-plus exit. He later founded and operated National Holdings Limited, an internet publishing company that owned and managed more than 50 niche category websites and generated approximately $10 million in annual recurring revenue.

Mr. Goldberg went on to serve as President of several companies across multiple sectors, including Flushd, Inc., a nationwide bathroom branded products company; US Power & Light, a retail energy provider serving the Northeastern United States that achieved a $5 million-plus exit; Blue Glove LLC, a U.S.-based PPE sales company; and Baxter Klein, Inc., a financial services company.

Since 2024, Mr. Goldberg has served as President & CEO of The STO Foundation, Land Invest Corp., and Prime American Land, LLC, where he focuses on land investment, real estate opportunities, and business development.
